We recognize that many leadership development tools generate frustration and disappointment. Either they fail to provide useful feedback or they fail to produce meaningful results. To avoid these problems, we carefully designed the LEAP tool to ensure its validity.

First, the items used to assess your leadership skills were developed through a rigorous psychometric evaluation process. Second, we incorporated the best insights from research on behavioral modification to help you turn the feedback into action. Finally, we included a post-assessment evaluation that allows you to measure the progress you have made, so that you can see for yourself what you have gained from the exercise.
